What do you enjoy most about being at MSU? 

As an out of state student, I love Mississippi State because of the down to earth, hardworking community. Every person I have met supports and pushes one another to be the best version of themself. I would not be half of the person I am or have half of the success I have had without the community here at MSU. At MSU, it is not hard to surround yourself with people who want you to succeed, which is not something you will see everywhere. 

What is the most important advice that you would give students? 

The most important advice I would give to students is to always give everything you’ve got. That way you will always know that you did everything you could with the things you can control and won’t regret not having done more. Hand in hand with this, if things don’t have the outcome that you wanted, you have to come to terms with the fact that you did everything you could and that the outcome was out of your control. 

Why should students go to SI? 

Students should go to SI because it is another way to better your understanding of a topic outside of the classroom. The better that you truly understand a topic, typically the better you can perform when being asked questions on that topic. 

Hobbies/Interests 

I spend a lot of my free time with friends and family. I love to shop. I love to play beach volleyball, soccer, and pickleball. I am super interested in Chemistry in general and think it is super fun once you can understand it! I am extremely interested in the dental field. I hope to eventually get into dental school because that is ultimately where my main interests are!
