What do you enjoy most about being at MSU?
I love the atmosphere and the people. Everyone is so friendly and willing to talk to each other on campus. Being at MSU has given me the opportunity to learn, grow, and make new friendships.

What is the most important advice that you would give students?
Make as many connections and friendships in your classes as you can. When you get stuck on a difficult problem and need a new way to figure out the issue, many times just talking to a classmate can help you work it out. Having individuals you can talk to about class material and study with is a very useful learning tactic.

Why should students go to SI?
Coming from high school to a large university, it can be hard to adjust your study habits. Many new students at MSU who used to spend only a couple of hours a week studying in high school soon realize that their methods will not work anymore. SI is a great resource that can help students learn better ways to study for classes at MSU. Students get to spend time with individuals who have already taken the class and performed well. Not to mention, it's free!
